The ‘Change and Technology Directorate, Operations’ manages IT consultancy contracts and procurement activities, utilising both Catalist and non-Catalist suppliers, dependent on the total value of the contract in question. In order for potential suppliers to add their company to the non-Catalist list, they are required to provide a summary of the services and specialisms that they are in a position to deliver to CAT.D.Operations@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk.
