Council regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 of 29 May 2024 on insolvency proceedings

The Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings was adopted by the EU Council on 29 May 2024 and came into force on 31 May 2002. It has direct effect in all member states of the European Union, with the exception of Denmark, who have said that they will introduce parallel legislation.
