The majority of results found that the rating for the above forms is very satisfied. One respondent requested that they have personalised separate paying in book for each case. This is not seen as cost effective.
A suggested improvement for the paying in books was to have a space for funds that are to be credited to a separate or fixed charged estate. This may help funds being correctly put on the appropriate account and this would also mean less work for the reconciliation section transferring payments. It was also suggested that paying in books are sent out automatically. but this may mean wasted giro credit slips. When a book is requested it is sent out no later than the following day which should alleviate any problems such as running out of slips.
A comment was made regarding CAU 102 investment instruction forms. It was suggested that space should be provided for requesting the discounting of Treasury Bills. This is already included on the form under I request that.be encashed immediately.
