Below is a list of all the points suggested as improvements to the service. 

  • More information on Treasury Bills
  • Payee name and cheque amount on CAU cheque counterfoil
  • OR cashbook on handover could be simplified
  • Continuity on staff helpfulness
  • Request online services, especially to view statements
  • Payments by standing order
  • Actioning all requests on one letter
  • Forms to be available over the internet, i.e. requisitions
  • Simplification of calculation regarding Treasury Bills
  • Date boxes for CAU 101 forms
  • Paying in one giro credit slip leaving CAU to fill out separate receipts for several cases
  • Adjustments made on estates to be put in correct period so as not to affect previous interest credited to the estate.
  • Methods of fee calculation and interest to be simplified
  • BACS
  • To be able to fax requisitions
