- More information on Treasury Bills
- Payee name and cheque amount on CAU cheque counterfoil
- OR cashbook on handover could be simplified
- Continuity on staff helpfulness
- Request online services, especially to view statements
- Payments by standing order
- Actioning all requests on one letter
- Forms to be available over the internet, i.e. requisitions
- Simplification of calculation regarding Treasury Bills
- Date boxes for CAU 101 forms
- Paying in one giro credit slip leaving CAU to fill out separate receipts for several cases
- Adjustments made on estates to be put in correct period so as not to affect previous interest credited to the estate.
- Methods of fee calculation and interest to be simplified
- BACS
- To be able to fax requisitions
