The Insolvency Service Enforcement hotline is open 24 hours a day and enables people to pass on information about defiant directors and undischarged bankrupts who blatently disregard disqualification orders (or undertakings). The intention is to enforce the orders (or undertakings) and to prevent the public from being exposed to more instances of corporate misconduct.
