Charter Mark re-accreditation June 2004

The recent application for Charter Mark re-accreditation required a self-assessment against 63 sub-criteria and over 200 items of evidence were provided in support of the application.

During the process the Charter Mark assessor visited the following Official Receiver offices:

Birmingham

Bournemouth

Canterbury

Chester

London

Medway

Southampton

Stoke

The Charter Mark assessor also visited both Redundancy Payments offices in Birmingham.

He spoke to a number of The Service’s customers including members of the National Consultative User Group.

The Service was successful in its application for re-accreditation with 57 of the 63 sub-criteria marked as full compliance. Of the 6 sub-criteria where a partial non-compliance was identified an Action Plan is being produced to address the points raised.
